职位描述:
1.深刻理解产品/项目需求，参与公司产品的设计和核心编码开发；
2.负责独立项目级技术架构设计，局部优化迭代，以及疑难问题攻关，保障业务稳定；
3.整理基础服务组件和业务服务组件，进行优化改造、核心代码编写、沉淀技术积累；
4.根据测试/产品/业务部门的反馈，修复bug, 持续优化产品的质量、性能、用户体验。

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业，3-5年以上开发经验；
2.熟练掌握 Java 基础,理解JVM原理，熟悉多线程编程
3.熟悉MySQL数据库，具有良好的数据库设计能力、SQL编写能力、性能调优能力；
4.熟悉Spring、SpringBoot、Redis缓存、消息中间件MQ、Mybatis等主流开发框架的应用与原理；
5.熟悉linux下的常用命令，熟练使用idea等开发工具，熟练使用Git、Maven；
6.对分布式服务、高可靠性集群、高并发编程有经验者优先；
7.优秀的学习能力和技术自驱力，有良好的团队协作能力，能承担一定的工作压力；
8.具有IM，直播，语聊项目经验优先考虑。
