岗位职责：
1、负责制定安全环保应急预案、管理制度的编制并组织、监督执行和落实；
2、负责公司新、改、扩建工程项目的安全、环保、职业卫生、消防等设施政府部门手续的办理；
3、负责特种设备、特种作业、检维修的相关安全、环保、职业卫生管理；
4、负责“三废”处理；
5、负责起草编制安全、环保、消防、职业卫生等政府部门的文件、报告；
6、收集、整理国家及地方有关EHS法律、法规，执行及完善公司EHS管理体系、制度、工作流程，保证生产顺利;
7、负责员工三级安全、环保、职业卫生培训，组织实施应急预案演练，落实三级安全教育；
8、负责生产、制剂研发的工艺安全、环保、职业卫生审核与安全、环保、职业卫生管理;
9、组织并督促完成公司各类EHS计划任务，对现场安全隐患排查、整改措施的落实和确认；
10、公司新建厂房施工建设期间施工现场管理和EHS管理；
11、负责员工职业健康体检及工伤申报工作；
12、独立负责EHS全盘工作；
13、完成领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，环境、安全工程、化工等相关专业
2、3-5年制药相关EHS管理工作经验
3、良好的安全意识、协调沟通能力，工作责任心强
4、熟知安保相关法律法规，了解急救知识、消防、危化品管理
5、具备独立负责EHS全盘工作的能力。
