3. 会议与问题管理：定期组织项目专项会议，梳理项目运行中的问题，深入分析根源，制定并推动落实有效解决措施，保障项目正常运转。
4. 成本监控：全程跟踪项目成本变化，对涉及成本变动的事项及时同步业务部门，协助推进成本管控与优化。
5. 任务执行：严格落实上级领导交办的各项工作任务与安排，及时反馈执行进度与结果。
6. 技术对接：负责客户图纸评审工作，精准把控图纸要求，同步至内部相关部门。
7. 资料管理：汇总、整理客户需求相关资料，按需提供给内部研发、生产等部门，保障信息传递准确高效。
8. 客诉处理：承接样品相关客户投诉，牵头协调内部资源推进问题整改，形成闭环管理，维护客户关系。
9. 风险管控：跟踪项目全流程问题点及风险点，推动逐一关闭，确保项目顺利从研发试产转入量产阶段。
任职要求:
1. 学历专业：大专及以上学历，机械制造、电子工程、项目管理等相关专业优先。
2. 经验能力：韩语能力优秀者，可接受应届毕业生。
3. 专业技能：能看懂客户图纸及技术资料，熟练使用Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件，了解Project等项目管理工具者优先。
4. 素养要求：具备较强的责任心、执行力及沟通表达能力，能承受项目推进中的压力，有良好的问题解决意识与风险预判思维。
