6. 了解H.264/H.265、AAC等音视频编解码原理，熟悉音视频封装格式；

7. 优秀的沟通协作和推动能力，有较强的抗战能力，对技术充满激情，有良好的学习能力。

加分项：

参与大型与音视频有关的SDK或者APP开发优先；

阅读和理解音视频模块的底层源码优先。
