岗位职责：
1、根据城市特点和代理商布局、成长形态，适时调整优化和引进优质和匹配度高的代理商；
2、对代理商进行扶持代理商团队搭建、销售及产品知识培训，协助代理商开拓区域市场。分别招聘新人、销售培养、客户陪访、业绩跟进、问题答疑、拓客创新、产品/销售/销售管理及团队文化等培训；
3、负责所辖区域市场的统筹规划管理，搜集市场相关信息，对市场进行调研，制定工作推进计划；
4、准确理解并传达公司的相关政策，定期收集代理商反馈并及时同步，加快业务发展；
5、从数据中发现问题，持续优化策略和计划，推进代理商完成业务目标，达成业绩。
负责定期对区域代理商经营情况进行梳理，全面掌握代理渠道的发展情况、存在的问题，并及时对存在的问题提出整改措施并予以整改。
任职要求：
1、具备3年以上渠道管理经验，熟悉企服类SAAS代理商管理模式；
2、有丰富的渠道拓展经验，具有一定的企服SAAS渠道资源。
3、具备良好的自我激励能力，愿意在压力下承担挑战性的工作。
4、具备较强的商务谈判和市场开拓能力，良好的业务敏锐度及学习能力，执行力强。
5、具有团队管理经验、市场拓展的能力，善于通过数据分析市场，合理运用营销手段拓展市场；
