岗位职责：
1、负责企业相关项目的后台开发、维护与迭代;
2、负责程序性能优化;
3、能够独立整理产品需求，完成代码编写;
5、配合协同部门的工作，按时完成开发项目;
6、及时反馈需求和技术上的问题，提供合理化建议并积极推动问题解决。
7、本岗位为独立部门，负责公司自用系统维护与开发，不接外包业务。
8、工作时间8:30-17:00，周末双休
任职要求：
1、计算机及相关专业，本科及以上学历，1年以上PHP实际开发经验;
2、熟练掌握PHP编程，OOP思想，MVC设计模式、熟练使用ThinkPHP框架，有完整商业项目实战经验。
3、熟悉API接口开发，能运用现有API接口与App及其他系统实现无缝对接；
4、熟练使用MySQL、Redis等数据库，能够进行查询的优化；
5、了解Apache、MySQL、Redis等至少一种服务的性能调优；
7、了解前后端分离的原理、规范、以及*佳实践；
8、具备良好的计算机基础，了解常用的数据结构和算法；优秀的定量分析能力和严密逻辑思维；
9、责任心强，性格开朗，具备良好的学习能力和团队合作精神
