岗位职责：
- 接收客户资料，独立完成PCB抄板、改板、常规单/多层板Layout设计；
- 结合本厂制程做DFM工艺优化，优化线宽、焊盘、阻焊等，规避生产不良；
- 输出Gerber、钻孔、拼板等生产资料，做好图纸归档管理；
- 对接业务与生产，跟进打样试产，处理生产异常及图纸整改；
- 配合MI工程师完成工程评审，把控图纸生产可行性。

任职要求：
- 大专及以上学历，电子相关专业优先，经验优秀者放宽要求；
- 熟练AD、PADS、CAM350任意一款软件，会基础画板、改板；
- 熟悉PCB常规生产工艺，了解线宽、孔径、表面工艺等基础知识；
- 做事细心严谨，有保密意识，服从工作安排。
