岗位职责：
1. 风控体系搭建：负责制定及优化部门工作规范与 SOP 流程，构建标准化的风控作业体系。
2. 账户资产与健康管理：统筹全店铺账号资产安全及多站点账户健康度监控，对账号整体安全结果负责；主导账号开立与多站点日常维护，落实常态化风险巡检。
3. 政策合规与审查：深入研究并实时跟踪亚马逊政策更新，及时完成对运营团队的传达与培训；主导店铺合规化运营及危险品管理，对产品上架、Listing文案及客服沟通等核心环节进行合规审查。
4. 风险处置与危机申诉：主动识别账户关联、知识产权侵权、虚假评论及运营违规等潜在风险并制定预防措施；主导账号审核、侵权投诉、商品投诉及封店等重大突发危机的处置；统筹撰写高质量中英文申诉材料，跟进平台谈判，推动账号解封与绩效恢复；复盘危机事件并输出改进方案。
5. 数据分析与复盘沉淀：定期输出风控报告，分析风险类型、归因并提出解决方案；沉淀风控案例库，复盘账号违规及封店事件，输出预防对策，推动业务侧流程优化，持续降低店铺整体违规发生率。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，3-5 年亚马逊跨境电商风控实战经验；精通亚马逊多站点平台规则及账号风险底层逻辑，熟悉海外合规政策体系；具备大规模多账号矩阵风控管理经验者优先。
2. 精通亚马逊账号全链路申诉流程，具备高质量中英文 POA 撰写能力；拥有账号封店、绩效危机、侵权危机等重大风险处置的成功实战案例。
3. 具备极强的风险敏感度与缜密的逻辑思维；抗压能力突出，面对突发封店危机能冷静研判并快速落地解决方案；具备优秀的项目推动力，能有效驱动业务部门落实风控整改。
