岗位职责：
1.负责党、政、军、学校、银行、医院等系统中数据迁移的需求分析、模块设计、编码开发和自测等工作；
2.编写和收集被迁移系统中数据迁移的各类技术和对接文档；
3.能完成数据迁出程序、数据迁入程序、数据转换程序、数据检核程序、报表核对程序等系统工程的需求规格设计、功能编码实现和单元测试；
4.参与被迁移系统数据迁移项目的投产实施、测试和生产维护等工作。

任职要求：
1.5年及以上系统开发经验，拥有党、政、军、学校、银行、医院等领域相关系统建设和迁移经验者优先；
2.具有扎实的计算机理论、JAVA编程基础和容器开发能力，熟悉主流JAVA开源框架，包括但不限于Spring、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、Dubbo等；
3.精通SQL优化，熟悉主流关系型数据库（如MySQL、Oracle、DB2等），了解分布式数据库系统，拥有国产分布式数据库使用经验者优先；
4.拥有全量数据迁移工具者优先；
5.熟悉Hadoop生态系统（如HDFS、YARN），了解 Spark、HBase、Kafka、Flink、ES、Clickhouse 等大数据组件的使用。
6.熟悉Linux操作系统、国产操作系统和shell脚本，了解分布式应用部署环境；
7.具备大型高并发、分布式后端开发经验，平台化、中台化产品设计开发经验，领域建模、复杂模型抽象经验者优先；
8.具备中大型系统实施经验者优先，包括但不限于被迁移系统架构设计、分布式改造升级、信创建设、国产分布式数据库替换等；
9.具备良好的表达能力、沟通协调能力、问题解决能力及团队协作精神，拥有较强的责任心和上进心，对未知技术领域能快速掌握并实践。
