1. 扎实的Java基础知识，熟悉JVM原理、多线程，熟练使用Maven/Gradle构建工具，掌握面向对象编程（OOP）、集合框架、多线程、异常处理、IO流等
2. 能够基于Spring Boot/Spring Cloud等框架搭建微服务架构，解决分布式系统问题
3. 至少掌握一种工作流引擎（Activiti/Flowable/Camunda），能实现业务流程自动化与审批功能开发
4. 至少掌握一种（Spring Cloud Alibaba/Dubbo）等微服务框架，熟悉服务注册、配置中心、熔断限流等组件，能够独立搭建WEB框架
5. 熟练使用Oracle/MySql/PostgreSQL数据库，能够独立编写复杂的SQL查询，掌握SQL优化与索引设计
6. 熟悉Redis/Memcached缓存技术，了解消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ）
7. 本科及以上学历，计算机/信息化相关专业，2年及以上工作经验，拥有相关职业资格认证的证书（中级及以上）或软件专业技术资格证书（中级及以上）。
优先条件：
