岗位职责：
1.为营销中心提供全方位HR管理支持，在营销中心执行各项人力资源管理政策程序，并针对执行结果进行有效反馈和改进；
2.负责营销业务团队的招聘，协助业务团队进行人才梯队搭建，确保人员及时到位与优化配置；
3.参与营销中心培训需求识别与开发，调研培训需求，协助组织营销中心部门培训，配合公司培训。
4.协助制定营销团队的绩效考核方案，并推进执行；
5.跟踪营销团队的人员数据（如流失率、人效比、招聘周期），分析问题并提出改进建议，为管理层决策提供支持。
6.协调员工关系管理，负责业务部门文化建设，组织策划部门活动，提升团队凝聚力；
7.完成上级领导分配的其它任务。

任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学等相关专业优先；
2.5年以上人力资源相关经验，熟悉人力资源六大模块，有营销/销售团队HR支持经验者优先；
3.熟练使用HR系统和办公软件（如Excel、PPT）；
4.具有良好的服务意识，团队协作意识，学习能力和抗压能力，工作积极主动，尽心尽责，沟通协作能力强，工作风格成熟稳重。
