3.专业能力：掌握医美产品的合规研发要求，熟悉产品注册申报技术资料的撰写规范；熟悉ISO13485及GMP法规以及植入医疗器械、敷料产品的国家、行业标准。
4.综合能力：优秀的团队协作能力，良好的职业操守，沟通能力及解决问题能力。
