一、工作职责：
1. 【独立输出】依据需求文档、团队编码要求及开发模式，完成软件系统代码（易读、易维护、高质量、高效率）的实现，编写代码注释和相关开发文档。
2. 【协作配合】配合开发经理分析、解决软件开发过程中的问题，配合其他开发人员、测试人员、完成产品测试和发布，确保项目按时交付并满足质量要求。
3. 【运行维护】负责产品的后期维护和开发，确保产品的稳定性和安全性。
4. 【流程优化】对产品、项目开发工作提出合理化建议，优化日常工作流程。
5. 【培训分享】总结项目经验，不定期进行技术分享，促进团队技术能力共同提升。

二、任职要求：
【基本条件】
1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 2年以上JAVA开发工作经验。
3. 熟练掌握JAVA编程语言，具备良好的编程习惯和代码规范。
4. 熟练常用框架SpringBoot、SpringDataJPA、Mybatis、Hibernate等开源框架
5. 熟悉Web开发技术，包括HTML、CSS、JavaScript、JQuery等前端技术，以及Tomcat、Jetty等Web服务器。
6. 熟悉Thymeleaf者优先。熟悉Layui者优先。熟悉SpringDataJpa者优先。
7. 熟悉数据库开发，熟练使用MySQL、Oracle等关系型数据库，具备SQL优化能力。
8. 良好的沟通和表达能力，学习能力强，能够快速接受新鲜事物，积极主动学习新知识，具备快速学习能力。
9. 具备良好的团队协作精神，能够承担一定的工作压力。
