岗位职责：
1、设定游戏界面视觉创意风格，参与项目日常开发，负责系统界面的视觉设计和输出对接工作；
2、掌握Unity/COCOS/引擎GUI设计相关使用，跟进设计效果并验收落地质量并给予反馈；
3、能根据项目GUI整体视觉风格进行延伸性设计，能独立进行相关环节的沟通并提供设计解决方案；
4、负责产出界面设计相关的美术资源，如主题视觉设计，图案设计，图标设计等；
5、能够制定设计规范，有效管理界面资源，对界面编辑器等工具、方法进行合理优化；
6、关注用户反馈与沟通，积极分析结果，并持续优化设计。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，美术、设计相关专业，擅长乙女向二次元风格，有1-2年工作经验者优先；
2、具有扎实的美术功底，良好的色彩搭配感及设计造型的能力；
3、熟悉游戏GUI设计流程，对游戏界面设计、交互设计有一定理解；
4、有较强的手绘能力，熟练使用绘图软件和AI工具辅助设计；
5、关注行业*新设计趋势和技术发展，不断学习和提升自身的设计能力和专业知识；
6、工作态度积极，具有良好的应变能力与抗压能力和团队合作精神，善于沟通和表达。
