1) 主导高通量筛选与优化发酵工艺（分批/补料/高密度发酵），建立可放大的生产工艺模型。
2) 分析发酵过程参数（pH/DO/代谢流等），解决表达不稳定、包涵体形成等关键问题。
3. 技术平台升级
1) 跟踪国际前沿原核表达技术（如AI驱动的菌株设计、新型诱导系统），推动平台技术创新。
2) 建立标准化实验流程与数据库，提升平台研发效率。
4. 跨部门协作
衔接下游纯化与分析团队，提供工艺输入参数；支持客户技术沟通与项目报告撰写。
任职要求
1. 微生物学、合成生物学、生物工程或相关领域博士学位。
2. 精通大肠杆菌表达系统：具备基因克隆、质粒构建、CRISPR编辑等实操经验，熟悉常用表达载体（如pET,pBAD等）。
3. 发酵工艺开发能力：掌握生物反应器操作、代谢途径分析及工艺放大原理。（非必须）
4. 英语能力：可熟练撰写英文技术报告。
