岗位职责：
一.HRBP支持
1、为职能部门及产品团队提供人力资源支持（编制、人工成本、员工关系、组织诊断等）；
2、商务拓展团队支持：
（1）负责销售奖金核算、核对与发放，确保数据准确及时
（2）分析业绩与奖金关联性，协助优化激励政策
（3）支持销售团队的人员配置、绩效管理、融入跟进等
二.培训管理（COE方向）
1、建立基于岗位胜任力的培训体系，覆盖新员工、GMP/法规、管理能力等
2、开发或引入课程资源，管理培训预算及供应商，建设内部讲师队伍
3、制定年度培训计划并组织实施，评估培训效果并持续优化
三.绩效管理（COE方向）
1、搭建并优化公司绩效管理体系，设计考核方案（OKR/KPI/PBC等）
2、组织年度/季度绩效考核，推动目标分解、绩效面谈及改进计划
3、分析绩效数据，输出组织诊断报告并推动改善
4、将绩效结果与薪酬、晋升、淘汰机制有效联动
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，人力资源、管理、生物制药等相关专业背景，有海外留学背景优先；
2、具有丰富的人力资源管理经验，特别是在生物制药或医药行业的从业经验者优先；
3、熟悉国内国外劳动法律法规，了解人力资源管理相关政策和制度；
4、具备良好的沟通、协调、组织和领导能力，善于团队合作；
5、具有较强的问题解决和决策能力，能够应对复杂的人力资源管理情况；
6、具备高度的责任心和敬业精神，具备优秀的职业操守和道德品质；
英语可作为工作语言者优先考虑。
