岗位职责：
1、负责本部门实验室相关设备的日常维护，SOP等文件起草。
2、负责本部门下游相关的仪器、设备、物料、耗材的采购。
3、负责制剂工艺转移工作，包含转移方案、差距分析、风险评估等。
4、负责制剂生产技术支持工作，负责中试生产工艺规程撰写及批记录审核工作。
5、参与制剂工艺表征工作，负责制剂工艺表征的文件起草，实验执行。
6、配合公司对本部门进行内部检查以及外部单位的审计、检查。
7、完成公司和部门安排的其他任务。
职位要求：
1、两年以上生物制药制剂工艺开发和中试生产经验，有技术转移项目经验者优先。
2、了解生物制药工艺流程和GMP的相关法规，能够熟练操作制剂小试和生产型的设备，能够独立设计和完成实验并分析总结。
3、熟练使用办公软件。
4、具备良好的团队合作能力，具有一定的听、读、写能力，能够良好的进行交谈。
