一、岗位职责
1、推进大分子CDMO项目（如抗体、蛋白药等）的整体执行与交付，确保项目按计划进行。
2、负责跨部门沟通协调（如研发、工艺开发、生产、质量等），跟踪项目进度并推动问题解决。
3、整理和维护项目文档，包括项目计划、会议纪要、进展报告等。
4、参与客户沟通会议，记录需求并协助跟进客户反馈。
5、协助进行项目风险识别与管理，及时预警潜在问题。
6、支持项目相关的数据整理与分析工作。
7、完成上级交办的其他项目管理相关工作。
二、任职要求
1、博士学历，生物技术、生物工程、药学、分子生物学、免疫学等相关专业。
2、接受应届毕业生，有实验室科研经验（如蛋白表达、抗体开发、细胞培养等）优先。
3、具备良好的沟通能力和跨团队协作能力，对项目管理有兴趣。
4、逻辑清晰，执行力强，具备一定的问题分析与解决能力。
5、具备良好的英文读写能力，可进行英文商务沟通。
6、熟练使用Office办公软件（Excel、PPT等）。
