岗位职责：
1.深入理解公司MCU产品线（特别是ARM Cortex-M内核系列）在电机控制领域的性能、外设（如高精度PWM、ADC、比较器、运放）和生态系统。
2.作为现场技术支持人员，拜访客户，深入理解其电机应用（如家电、电动工具、工业风机、水泵、机器人等）的具体需求和技术难点。
3.根据市场趋势，主导或参与开发电机控制评估板、demo套件及配套的示例代码和算法库；
4.配合销售团队进行技术宣讲、产品推介和竞品分析，在关键项目中提供决定性技术支持，助力项目赢单；

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，电力电子、电气工程、自动化、电机与电器、电子信息工程等相关专业。
2.3年以上电机控制硬件或软件开发经验，或2年以上相关领域的FAE/技术支持经验。
3.精通C语言，具备扎实的嵌入式MCU软件开发能力，有ST、NXP、TI、Microchip、瑞萨、国产MCU等至少一家的开发经验。
4.深刻理解电机原理，熟练掌握FOC控制算法及其在MCU上的实现与调试。
5.出色的动手能力、调试能力和问题解决能力，能独立进行硬件焊接、测试和软件调试。
6.良好的沟通表达能力和客户服务意识，能承受一定的工作压力（包括短期出差）。
7.英语四级以上，能够阅读英文技术文档。
