岗位职责：
（1）贯彻落实国家安全生产法律法规及公司EHS战略目标，动态更新合规标准，牵头搭建风险分级管控与隐患排查治理双重预防机制，统筹整体EHS管理工作落地实施。
（2）组织编制、修订安全管理制度、技术规程、应急预案及防护标准，统筹制度落地监督与持续优化，参与新建、改建、扩建项目安全、环保、职业卫生“三同时”审查验收工作。
（3）制定年度安全工作计划、管控方案及安措、反事故措施，组织开展常态化安全检查、现场督查，制止各类违章作业，闭环落实隐患整改与考核管控工作。
（4）统筹公司安全教育培训体系建设，组织开展各级安全宣教、规程考试、特种作业取证培训及应急演练，指导班组、外包单位落实日常安全管理工作。
（5）负责安全生产全过程监督，督查安全责任制、规章制度、反事故措施落地执行，监督劳动防护用品、安全设施合规使用，排查安全生产薄弱环节并落实优化改进。
（6）负责公司安全月报、年度总结、安全生产报表、会议纪要等资料编制归档，完成集团EHS数据直报、安全专项报表审核报送等常态化工作。
（7）做好跨部门工作协同配合，妥善处置各类安全生产突发事项。
（8）完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务。
任职要求：
（1）大专及以上学历，电力系统、热能动力、安全、消防或化工等相关专业，持有助理工程师及以上职称、职业资格证书或注册安全工程师证书者优先。
（2）具备2年以上安全管理工作经验，熟悉电厂生产运营基本模式。
（3）掌握电力安全生产、消防、检修等相关规程法规，精通安全管理、事故处置、特种设备管控专业知识，掌握触电急救、安全防护等实操技能。
（4）熟悉火电机组系统架构、生产工艺流程及核心经济技术指标，具备独立开展安全方案编制、风险管控、隐患治理及事故调查处置的专业能力。
（5）具有较强的责任心与风险意识，能承受一定的工作压力。
