职位：Java开发工程师（自研项目，非外包外派岗位）
岗位职责：
1. 根据需求原型、需求规格说明书，编制概要设计和详细设计文档并提报直接上级审核；
2. 根据详细设计要求，制定开发计划并提报上级领导，通过后执行；
3. 依据开发计划进行代码构建并进行功能自测，实现产品所需的功能；
4. 根据开发进度将完成的功能模块，提交项目经理；
5. 在开发周期内进行缺陷（bug）跟踪、解决。
6. 完成领导交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1.计算机相关专业统招本科以上学历（学信网可查）；
2. 1年以上开发工作经验，有政法行业开发经验优先；
3. 精通Java、python语言，熟悉jvm原理及性能优化；
4. 熟悉常用的数据结构：数组、链表、树、图等；
5. 熟悉常用的算法：排序（快速、归并、堆）、查找、树的遍历等；
6. 掌握常用AI开发工具；
7. 有一定文档撰写能力，可以编写软件工程中各种文档；
8. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
9. 思路清晰，优秀的问题分析和问题解决能力；
