一、岗位职责：
1、配合项目负责人完成软件项目的开发工作；
2、能在进度规定的范围内独立完成指定模块的开发，测试任务；
3、维护、升级公司现有的软件项目；
4、解决初级开发人员遇到的技术问题；
5、撰写相关的技术文档；
6、参与公司技术架构工作；
二、岗位要求：
1、能接受短期出差；
2、3年以上Java开发系统工作经验，Java基础扎实，能够熟练使用各种相关IDE进行开发，熟悉面向对象编程思想，熟悉常用JAVA设计模式，能力突出者可适当放宽工作经验要求；
3、掌握J2EE架构，精通各类常用MVC框架及后端框架（Struts、SpringMVC、Freemarker等），有丰富的Web后端开发经验；
4、能够熟练使用Spring或SpringBoot，熟练使用数据库持久化处理框架（Hibernate、MyBatis等）进行开发；
5、熟悉WEB前台开发，能够熟练使用JQuery、Vue等常用Javascript库进行前端开发；
6、熟悉主流数据库（ORACLE、SQL SERVER）；
7、有良好的代码编写习惯，有较强的表达和沟通能力，能承受一定的工作压力；
8、*少1个大型项目工作经验；
9、具备能够独立搭建常用开发框架能力者优先；
10、有管理或带领团队经验者优先；
