4.有一定的插画经验，对画面构图和配色，气氛渲染有一定研究；
5.熟练掌握PHOTOSHOP、等设计软件；
6.配合主美完成任务，需要有良好的执行力，良好的沟通能力，有很好的工作自律性，能承受较强的工作压力，具有团队合作精神；
