岗位职责
1.结合产品阶段的目标和计划，能够合理管理版本进度、结合运营数据提出线上版本优化建议以及后续版本开发规划，保证版本稳定性；
2.负责搭建平台用户成长体系和用户分层运营架构，制定用户运营机制，有效利用资源提升用户活跃度，提升用户生命周期。
3.挖掘用户需求，完善用户画像，制定用户运营策略，建立分级管理，制定精细化运营方案，以提升转化率。
4.监控目标用户健康状态，通过有效方法提升目标用户各项数据，降低流失率。
5.负责支持部门的沟通、协调工作，按照节点完成支持工作，以达成各项运营目标。

岗位要求
1.3年以上游戏运营经验，有成功的版本管理或用户运营案例，且自身的游戏经验丰富；
2.强烈的用户导向思维，能够从用户角度出发思考问题和提出解决方案。
3.对数据敏感，具有较强数据分析能力及产品、客户心理分析能力，有优秀案例经验优先。
4.具有较强的工作责任心，工作严谨认真，较强的逻辑思考能力，思维活跃，有创新意识。具有良好的沟通协调能力。
