4.熟悉基本的linux系统操作与命令；
5.熟悉行业AI模型发展，有AI全流程开发经验者优先；
6.有金融行业信创经验者优先考虑；
7.有再保险业务系统或财险公司核心系统相关项目经验者优先考虑;
8.具有较好的沟通能⼒，思路清晰，善于思考，能独⽴分析和解决问题；
9.具有一定的工作抗压能力，如驻场、加班，出差等。
