RESPONSIBILITES 岗位职责: 1. Be responsible to build up manage overseas distributors/dealers. 2. Business development of overseas customers account management. 3. Follow contract management policy to review, negotiate sign off business contracts. 4. Collect market information fulfill other tasks assigned by line manager. 5. Monitanalyze revenue streams, identifying opportunities fgrowth. 6. Work on pricing strategies contribute to revenue optimization efforts. 7. Implement manage CRM systems to maintain enhance customer relationships. 8. Collaborate with various departments, such as marketing, finance, supply chain, to ensure a cohesive aligned approach to commercial activities. 9. Implement enforce compliance policies procedures to mitigate risks. 10. Prepare present regular reports on commercial performance to senimanagement. REQUIREMENTS 任职要求: 1. Be familiar with import-export business process with knowledge of international trade. Experience in foreign trade is a plus. 2. Fluency in English reading, writing, listening speaking, CET-6 above. Proficiency in other foreign language will be a plus. Knowledge of sales process, business analytics, CRM, risk management, compliance management, business report, marketing strategies 3. Pragmatic, customerientated, work under pressure highly result driven. 4. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive positive, a team player with learning agility, can work under pressure. Strong communication, coordinationganization skill. Be able to travel overseas as necessary. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 教育背景/经验: 1. Bachelor’s degree above, with lithium battery related education background. Overseas study working experience is a plus. 2. Five years above working experience in lithium battery related industry, preferrable in multinational company. Solid customer/distributor/dealer base team management experience will be a plus.
