岗位要求：
1、计算机相关专业专科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验，2年以上项目管理任职经历，有独立带领技术团队经历及管理经验；
2、熟练掌握Java开发语言，熟练掌握JVM调优，并发编程，掌握至少一种脚本语言，如Python、shell、Lua等；
3、熟练掌握springboot、orm框架（mybatis或mybatisplus）、Shiro主流开源框架及原理；
4、熟悉数据库（MySQL、Postgresql），熟练掌握SQL语句，对SQL优化有丰富的经验；
5、了解NoSQL（Redis，mongodb）和分布式队列（如Kafka、RabbitMQ等）的使用场景和方法，了解Elasticsearch的使用；
6、熟练掌握Weblogic/Websphere/Tomcat等一种或以上的应用服务器安装、部署、调优，熟悉Nginx等中间件；
7、有良好的团队协调能力、管理领导能力，责任心强、敬业、有开拓精神
