一、岗位职责
1.制定并完善公司EHS政策和程序，确保严格符合化工相关法规、标准以及行业规范。
2.全面领导和管理EHS团队，针对化工生产特性，开展有针对性的安全培训，包括危险化学品管理、化工工艺安全等知识培训，定期组织化工专项应急演练，有效提升全体员工的EHS意识。
3.运用专业化工知识，深度识别、科学评估化工生产运营过程中涉及的高温、高压、易燃易爆、有毒有害等环境、健康和安全风险，并制定切实有效的预防和改进措施，如优化化工工艺安全控制方案。
4.负责与化工领域的政府监管部门，如应急管理局、生态环境局等，以及化工行业协会等外部机构保持密切沟通与协调，维护良好的公共关系，及时掌握化工行业*新EHS政策动态。
5.建立并维护适用于化工厂的EHS管理体系，监督体系在化工生产各环节的有效运行，定期开展内部审核和管理评审，确保体系持续符合化工生产实际需求。
6.主导化工厂EHS事故的调查与处理，运用化工事故分析方法，提出专业整改建议并跟踪落实，防止类似化工事故再次发生。
二、任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，化工安全工程、化学工艺、应用化学等化工相关专业。
2.具有5年以上化工行业EHS管理工作经验，其中3年以上团队管理经验，熟悉化工生产工艺流程和安全管理要点。
3.深入熟悉化工行业EHS法规、标准和规范，具备注册化工安全工程师等相关职业资格证书者优先。
4.具备优秀的领导能力、沟通协调能力和问题解决能力，能够在化工复杂环境中有效推动EHS工作的开展。
5.熟练使用办公软件和化工行业常用的EHS管理工具，如HAZOP分析软件等，具备对化工安全数据的分析和报告撰写能力。
6.工作严谨、责任心强，具有良好的团队合作精神和服务意识，能够适应化工企业高强度、高压力的工作环境。
