岗位职责:
1.坚持“按需进货、择优进货”的原则采购，负责向供应商发出订单、签订并留存采购合同，跟进落实合同执行情况，保障充足货源满足销售需求；
2.跟进来货入库、在库存储、退运安排等过程中的各项事务，进行沟通协调处理；
3.根据供应商提供的发票与来货采购单，及时进行录入结算，保障按时支付货款；
4.根据购进限额、销售预算、订单需求，合理调整采购时点及采购批量，使库存结构*优化；
5.定期盘点在库货品，对不良状态、呆销、近效期等库存及时进行清理，以减少不良库存，避免积压造成损失；
6.协助质量管理部收集供应商及货品等各类资质，并及时更新；开展各类评审检查及货品召回工作。

任职资格:
1.大学本科及以上学历，药学、医学、化学、生物学等相关专业；
2.优秀应届生或1年以上相关工作经验优先；
3.熟悉Ms Office系列电脑办公软件操作；
4.熟悉药品采购、库存管理及相关财务知识，熟悉医药商业市场；
5.形象良好职业，具备良好的商务沟通能力。
