Key Responsibilities
● Architect, design, implement new technology projects from concept through prototype deployment.
● Make extensive effective use of AI/LLM tools, coding agents, autonomous agents, MCP, IDEs, and
other emerging AI development tools to accelerate engineering research.
● Break complex ambiguous problems practical, executable tasks.
● Rapidly learn new technologies, frameworks, programming languages, technical domains as required by a
project.
● Develop software, automation tools, prototypes, simulations, technical workflows.
● Work across disciplines, potentially including AI/ML, software, semiconducttechnology, computer
architecture, data centers, other advanced technologies.
● Evaluate new AI tools technologies determine how they can be applied to improve engineering
productivity.
● Work independently while collaborating closely with senitechnical business leaders.
● Take ownership of projects drive them from an initial idea to a working result.
Required Qualifications
Education
● Recent graduate graduating senifrom a top university in the U.S., the UK, Canada.
● Bachelors, Masters, Ph.D. degree in a STEM field, such as Computer Science, Electrical / Computer
Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, AI / Machine Learning, another highly relevant STEM
discipline.
Technical & AI Skills
● Exceptional ability to use AI tools fengineering problem solving.
● Demonstrated ability to use AI to architect systems projects, generate debug code, research unfamiliar
technical topics, analyze data technical information, build prototypes rapidly, automate repetitive
engineering tasks, iterate from idea → implementation → testing.
● Strong programming ability familiarity with modern development environments.
● Comfortable learning using new AI coding tools, agent frameworks, APIs, development workflows.
● Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
Personal Characteristics
The most important qualification is learning speed intellectual curiosity.
● Extremely fast at learning new concepts technologies.
● Highly self-motivated proactive.
● Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
● Highly curious willing to explore unfamiliar areas.

Language Requirements
● Native near-native English speaker with excellent spoken written English.

● Experience building projects substantially with AI assistance.
● Experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, MCP, AI development platforms.
● Strong Git/GitHub/GitLab modern software-development experience.
● Experience with Python, C/C++, JavaScript/TypeScript, similar languages.
● Experience with cloud computing, Linux, APIs, databases, distributed systems.
● Experience with semiconducttechnology, computer architecture, GPUs/NPUs, AI accelerators, data
centers.
● Outstanding personal projects, research projects, open-source contributions, startups, hackathons, other
evidence of exceptional initiative.
