岗位职责:

任职要求:
1. 本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上系统开发工作经验（中级水平），有泛微和蓝凌的二次开发经验优先；
2. 熟练掌握Java语言，对JVM原理有深入了解，掌握主流的应用框架、中间件和服务化系统架构，了解原理和实现机制，熟悉设计模式；
3. 参与过大型复杂分布式系统设计开发，对设计高可用、高性能、可扩展系统有深刻的理解；
4. 具有良好的沟通与协调能力,团队合作意识强，抗压能力较强，有较强的技术敏感性和责任心，具有挑战精神；
5. 具备独立分析和解决问题的能力，能面对复杂场景提出有效解决方案。
