岗位职责：
1. 负责充电桩运营平台、大功率储能柜监控平台、三电系统（电池、电机、电控）数据平台等核心业务系统的后端架构设计与研发工作。
2. 参与锂电池数字孪生平台的后端服务开发，实现电池状态仿真、寿命预测、故障诊断等核心算法的服务化与接口封装。
3. 设计与实现高并发、高可用的微服务架构，处理海量设备（充电桩、储能柜、新能源车辆）接入、实时数据采集与指令下发。
4. 负责大数据量（时序数据、业务数据）的存储、处理与分析，为上层应用和算法提供稳定、高效的数据服务。
5. 编写高质量、可维护的代码，进行单元测试和集成测试，并参与系统性能调优与线上问题排查。
6. 参与技术方案评审，编写相关技术文档。

技能要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上Java后端开发经验。
2.精通flink，具有相关时序数据库经验，流计算相关经验
2. 精通Java语言及生态，深入理解JVM原理、多线程、并发编程、网络通信等核心技术。
3. 熟练掌握Spring Cloud、Spring Boot、MyBatis等主流开源框架，并有微服务架构的实际项目经验。
4. 精通MySQL、PostgreSQL等关系型数据库，以及Redis、MongoDB等NoSQL数据库，具备优秀的数据库设计及优化能力。
5. 熟悉消息中间件（如Kafka、RabbitMQ、RocketMQ）的使用和原理，有高吞吐量数据处理经验者优先。
6. 有物联网（IoT）平台、设备管理、实时数据处理相关项目经验者优先，了解Modbus、TCP、MQTT等工业协议者更佳。
7. 具备良好的系统设计能力、逻辑思维和团队协作精神，对技术有热情，能承受一定的工作压力。
