In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Lead, mentmanage a team of engineers technicians, providing guidance support to achieve departmentalganizational goals.
• Foster a collaborative innovative team environment, encouraging continuous improvement professional development.
[Project Management]
• Engineering team provides technical supports engineering service to greenfield/brownfield bio-refinery projects adopting in-house proprietary bio-refinery technologies.
• Ensure projects/activities conform with engineering requirements related contractual compliance requirements, allocate resources, monitprogress to ensure successful project execution.
[Process Improvement]
• Identify opportunities fprocess improvements Develop project plans/procedures feffective project management
[Collaboration Communication]
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations resolve any engineering-related issues.
• Ability to develop communicate a compelling vision fthe future that aligns with theganizations goals inspires employees.
[Safety Compliance]
• Ownership of safety to maintain high level of awareness to potential hazards safety risks.
• Consistently maintain demonstrate a high regard fpersonal safety as well as the safety of employees, the general public, Company assets.
Qualifications:
• More than 10 years of engineering management experience (refinery, preferably hydro-processing).
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering mechanical engineering.
• Experiences managing EPCC/ PMC consultants EPC contractors.
• Experience in multi-cultural multi-discipline engineering team.
• Understanding on related code of standards including API, ASME, NACE etc.
• Full understanding about process safety corresponding process safety studies including HAZOP, HAZIP, Fire Gas Mapping etc.
• Chartered Chemical Engineer.
• Strong Project management problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication leadership skills
• Good engineering experience in crude oil refinery
• Language: Mandarin, English
