岗位职责：
负责公司核心业务系统的架构设计、开发与维护，保障系统的高可用、高性能及可扩展性。
参与需求分析和技术方案设计，主导复杂业务模块的代码实现与核心功能开发。
独立完成服务端接口开发，确保接口规范、安全稳定，并与前端、移动端高效协同。
负责数据库设计与优化（MySQL/PostgreSQL等），具备SQL调优及分布式事务处理经验。
主导或参与微服务架构（Spring Cloud/Dubbo）的落地与治理，包括服务拆分、网关设计、配置中心等。
持续改进系统架构，引入新技术与*佳实践，提升团队开发效率与代码质量。

任职资格：
本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上Java开发经验。
精通Java核心技术栈（JVM、多线程、集合、网络编程等），熟练使用 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis 等主流框架。
熟悉微服务架构设计，具备分布式系统开发经验（如分布式缓存、消息队列、服务治理等）。
掌握数据库原理，熟练使用MySQL/PostgreSQL，具备SQL优化及分库分表实践经验。
熟悉常用中间件：Redis、RocketMQ/Kafka、Elasticsearch、ZooKeeper/Nacos等。
熟悉Linux系统及常用命令，掌握Docker/Kubernetes等容器化技术，有云服务（AWS/Aliyun）经验者优先。
熟悉大语言模型应用，了解Embedding、向量数据库(如Milvus)等关键技术。
加分项:有AI智能体构建平台（如Dify、COZE等）相关经验。
