岗位职责：
1.根据项目需求、开发进度及任务分配情况，完成B/S项目软件的前台、后台等
功能模块开发。了解开发流程、开发规范，熟悉并掌握项目架构、相关开发框架。
2.维护和升级现有软件产品，修复现有软件产品的缺陷，优化改进产品功能。
3.对所开发部分内容的进行自测并输出测试结果。
4.根据开发内容，提供逻辑清晰的开发说明文档，为项目验收材料提供支持。
岗位要求
1.统招本科，计算机等相关专业毕业；
2.3年及以上java开发经验，java基础扎实，对java语言特性及jvm有较深入的理解，有丰富的JVM性能优化经验；
3.熟悉使用linux/window操作系统、docker容器、nginx/tomcat应用部署；
4.熟悉常用的开源框架和中间件技术（如Spring、myBatis、RPC、Redis、MQ、WebSocket），有技术实践和调优经验，理解中间件的底层技术原理更佳；
5.熟练掌握MySQL应用开发、了解索引的原理，对SQL有性能优化的能力，对数据库设计有较强的实战能力，具有Mysql数据库分库分表经验者优先；
6.有大数据开发经验、数据湖仓开发经验者优先
7.有大型高并发应用系统的开发经验优先，对主流的分布式架构和技术方案有深入的理解和实践经历
8.对技术有强烈的进取心，责任心强，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力。
9.有AI大模型辅助开发工具应用优先
