岗位职责
基于 Spring Boot 框架进行后端微服务应用的设计、开发、测试与维护，负责核心业务模块的代码实现，保障系统高可用、高性能；
参与需求评审、技术方案设计，数据结构设计，结合业务场景优化代码结构，提升系统扩展性和可维护性；
熟练使用 Git 进行代码版本管理，规范分支管理、代码提交、合并流程，配合团队完成代码评审；
排查并解决开发、测试及生产环境中的技术问题，包括接口异常、性能瓶颈、数据一致性等；
参与技术文档编写，包括接口文档、技术设计文档、部署文档等；
善于配合前端、测试团队完成联调测试，推动项目按计划交付，持续优化系统性能和用户体验。
技术要求
熟练掌握 Java 基础，包括集合、多线程、IO/NIO、JVM 等核心知识点，具备良好的代码编写规范；
熟悉 MySQL 数据库，掌握索引优化、SQL 调优、事务管理等技能，了解分库分表、读写分离；
熟练使用nginx，Redis，RabbitMQ，xxl-JOB, ElasticSearch等技术；
熟悉微服务相关技术，具备 Docker、K8s 容器化部署经验；
熟悉 Linux 系统基本操作，能进行日志排查、服务部署等工作；
熟练使用 Git 进行代码版本管理；
具备一定的问题排查能力，能通过日志、监控定位并解决接口超时、数据异常等常见问题。
