4、指导开发进行编码，评审代码质量，解决关键技术难题。
5、确立代码规范、部署流程、 DevOps 规范等。
岗位要求：
1、统招本科学历，计算机相关专业，6年以上开发工作经验。
2、精通至少一门主流后端语言（如 Java, Go, Python, C#）及其生态。
3、深刻理解分布式系统、数据库设计（SQL vs. NoSQL）、缓存（Redis）、消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ）、API设计等。
4、熟悉至少一家主流云服务（如 AWS, Azure, 阿里云）的核心服务。
5、有项目管理经验以及前端开发经验优先。
