4、掌握杂质剖析、谱图解析、Origin/Minitab等数据软件分析
5、能独立撰写技术方案、验证报告、失效分析报告、体系文件
6、逻辑清晰、严谨细致，擅长问题溯源、跨部门沟通、自主学习行业检测新技术
主要工作职责
1、方法开发与验证：独立完成原料、成品、未知杂质的新检测方法开发、方法验证，编写、更新SOP与质量标准
2、疑难样品剖析：负责异常、失效、未知样品深度剖析，输出完整分析报告并跟踪生产整改闭环
3、数据与报告审核：审核助理工程师、技术员、化验员原始记录与检测报告，复核异常数据，签发正式检测报告；组织实验室内部质量控制、比对试验
4、大型仪器深度运维：主导设备故障深度排查、期间核查、校准方案制定；参与新仪器验收、技术交流
5、技术培训指导：编制专业培训课件，带教助理工程师/技术员，开展仪器实操、数据处理、异常判断技能考核
6、技术支持：对接研发工艺，配合小试/中试/量产工艺优化，提供数据支撑；参与能力验证、实验室间比对
