工作职责：
1．负责BMS管理系统与保护系统的硬件设计，负责客户需求设计方案的开发、评估、优化，并配合生产；
2．完成储能BMS硬件电路设计；
3．设计样品的调试及优化整改；
4．负责开发设计输出文档资料的编写及整理；
5．负责BMS的异常分析及处理；
6．对软件设计提出建议。
7．完成上级安排的其他任务。
工作要求：
1.本科及以上/电气、电子、自动化、计算机、通信等专业；
2.3年以上国内一线储能BMS厂家（高特、协能、科工等）硬件开发经验；
3.能够主导储能BMS三级硬件架构方案设计，具备从0到1搭建BMS硬件平台的能力；
4.精通模拟电路和数字电路设计，熟练掌握运算放大器、ADC/DAC、逻辑门电路、滤波器等基础电路原理，能够独立完成 BMS 单板的原理图设计；
5.熟练使用 Altium Designer或Cadence Allegro或PADS等PCB 设计软件，熟悉 PCB Layout 规则，能进行高速信号处理、电源完整性设计和 EMC（电磁兼容）设计，确保单板硬件的可靠性和稳定性；
6.掌握 LTspice、PSIM 等电路仿真工具，能够对设计电路进行信号完整性分析、电源纹波仿真、热仿真等，通过仿真优化电路设计，提前规避潜在问题，如通过热仿真优化 BMS 散热设计；
7深入理解电池管理系统（BMS）的功能模块，包括电池电压均衡电路、过充过放保护电路、SOC/SOH 估算采样电路等，熟悉不同类型电池（如锂电池、铅酸电池）的特性及适配硬件设计要求；
8.精通信号完整性、安规及EMC设计规范及相关标准；
9.熟悉锂电池特性及安全保护机制；
10.能够制定相应的BMS硬件设计规范，了解功能安全标准。
