一、岗位职责
• 根据需求文档进行详细的系统设计，编写高质量的代码，确保系统的性能、安全性和可扩展性。
• 对现有系统进行持续优化，提高效率，减少资源消耗，增强用户体验。
• 负责数据库的设计、优化及维护，包括关系型（如MySQL）和非关系型数据库（如MongoDB, Redis）。
• 开发和维护数据访问层，编写高效的SQL查询。
• 设计并实现API接口，以支持前端应用和其他服务之间的交互。
• 确保API的安全性，遵循*佳实践来保护用户数据。
• 优化现有系统性能，解决性能瓶颈，并采取措施提高响应速度和处理能力。
• 编写清晰的技术文档，包括但不限于设计文档、API文档、部署指南等，以便于后续维护和支持。
二、任职要求
• 拥有计算机科学或相关专业的专科及以上，3年以上相关领域的工作经验。
• 熟练掌握PHP/GO/Node.JS中至少两种开发语言，基础扎实，有良好编程习惯，有多线程/高并发/大数据项目经验优先。
• 深入理解Web开发相关概念（HTTP协议、GRPC/RPC等）。
• 熟悉MySQL数据库、redis缓存技术和至少一种消息队列的应用，了解或熟悉Elasticsearch 搜索引擎相关技术的优先。
• 理解微服务架构、容器化技术、云服务等相关领域的基础知识。
• 对新技术保持敏感度，愿意不断学习和适应行业的快速变化。
• 出色的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够在跨部门协作中发挥积极作用。
