1. 3年以上Unity技术美术经验，有移动平台实际落地效果作品展示。
2. 精通Shader编写，熟练使用RenderFeature定制渲染流程。
3. 熟悉PBR流程，皮肤/头发/织物等材质调优，熟悉后处理优化。
4. 注重画面和性能的均衡，熟练使用FrameDebug，RenderDoc等相关调试工具，有性能优化经验。
5. 理解美术制作流程，能与美术团队有效沟通。
6. 有竞品逆向分析和效果还原经验优先。
