4.熟悉常见的分布式开源框架（redis、mq、kafka 等）原理，分布式系统设计、分布式缓存、消息等，有一定实践经验；

5.数据库基础扎实，熟悉主流的acle、mysql 的数据库原理及性能调优，有人大金仓、达梦等国产数据库经验着优先；

6.熟悉工作流引擎 activiti，有项目配置开发经验着优先；

7.学习能力强，了解互联网前沿技术，团队协作能力强，有责任心；
