任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经验，精通Python语言核心特性及设计模式，具有FastAPI/Flask/Django等框架实战经验；
2、熟练掌握Linux系统运维，熟悉常用命令，能够进行服务器环境搭建和运维；
3、熟悉主流数据库技术栈，系型数据库：MySQL/PostgreSQL高可用架构设计，Redis部署与缓存策略实施，RabbitMQ/Kafka的分布式消息处理；
4、熟练使用 PyCharm、Postman、Navicat 等开发和测试工具；
5、熟悉离线开发场景解决方案，掌握依赖包本地化部署、镜像离线迁移等技术；
6、具有物理隔离环境下的持续集成/交付(CI/CD)实践经验；
7、有*信息化项目经验，熟悉国产化软硬件平台适配；
8、熟悉 GJB 标准，具备软件需求规格说明书、软件设计说明书等文档编写经验；
