1.法律咨询：作为集团法务团队，负责为国内外公司提供日常法律咨询，确保业务操作符合当地法律法规及国际惯例；
2.文件起草/审核：负责国内外公司各类合同、保函等法律文件的的起草、审核和修订（内部有分工）;
3.法律培训：定期组织员工开展法律培训，提高员工的合规意识和风险防范能力；
4.对接律所：与顾问律所保持紧密沟通，处理或协调处理公司涉及的诉讼、仲裁及其他法律纠纷，确保法律服务高效和准确；
5.信息收集与风险预警：持续关注国内外制裁政策、法律法规变化及行业动态，为公司搜集、整理相关行业法律、法规信息，提供风险预警和应对策略建议；
6.其他：完成部门及公司领导安排的其他工作任务。

任职要求：
1.学历与专业背景：本科及以上学历，法学相关专业毕业，通过国家统一法律职业资格考试，专业基础扎实。
2.语言能力：具备良好的英文听写能力，可独立起草、审核英文合同；英语可作为工作语言的优先。
3.工作经验：二年及以上律所或企业法务工作经验，能独立处理各类常见法律事务；有物流、国际货运代理企业工作经验者优先考虑。
4.核心能力：
（1）具备独立的合同审核和风险把控能力，能灵活运用法律知识解决实际问题；
（2）具备较强的逻辑思维能力、法律分析能力和问题解决能力；
（3）具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神，能与跨部门同事高效协作。
5.职业素养：工作严谨细致，责任心强，具备高度的执行力和抗压能力，能够积极应对工作中的挑战
