3、熟练使用Mysql、oracle、sqlserver等数据库的一种，具有较好数据库设计经验和SQL优化能力；
4、熟悉 Redis、mongodb等常用非关系型数据库，熟悉常用的数据结构和常见的优化手段；
5、Java 基础扎实，熟悉 IO、多线程、集合等基础框架，熟悉 JVM；
6、掌握多线程及高性能的设计与编码及性能调优；
7、注重代码质量，有良好的软件工程知识和编码规范意识；
8、积极主动、责任感强、对技术有热情；学习能力强、适应能力好；良好的沟通能力和社交能力；
9、有c++，shell，python开发经验优先；
