4、熟悉Spring/SpringMVC/Mybatis/EasyUI/Netty等主流开发框架；
5、熟练使用Oracle、DB2、SQLServer、MySQL等至少一种大型关系数据库，熟悉SQL语言；
6、熟练使用Tomcat等一种或多种Web/Application Server；
7、有较强的学习能力，迅速理解系统业务，掌握系统所需各项技术；
8、有一定的设计能力，能根据客户需求设计功能或修改功能；
9、性格认真仔细，考虑问题周全，责任心强；
10、日语3级以上；
11、有工作流开发经验者优先；
12、有敏捷开发管理经验者优先。
