岗位职责：
1. 参与澎博后端服务产品的建设，为证券、期货等金融行业客户提供高性能、可扩展的数据服务；
2. 结合业务场景梳理数据服务架构，提出一站式的数据解决方案；
3. 负责服务端应用的需求分析、系统设计与核心模块开发，完成功能实现、测试与维护工作；
4. 参与线上系统的环境升级、运维监控、性能调优及稳定性保障；
5. 主导或参与复杂问题的定位与解决，持续优化系统可靠性和性能；
6. 与前端、数据及运维团队协作，提升整体交付效率与系统质量。

岗位要求：
1. 计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，具备扎实的计算机基础；
2. 精通 Java 语言，熟悉 Linux/Unix 环境；
3. 熟悉 SpringBoot 框架及至少一种微服务框架（如 Spring Cloud、Dubbo 等）；
4. 熟练掌握常见设计模式（单例、工厂、策略、模板、代理等），能编写高内聚、低耦合、可维护的代码；
5. 熟练使用单元测试框架（如 JUnit、Mockito 等），具备良好的代码质量意识；
6. 熟练使用版本管理工具（如 Git、SVN）；
7. 熟悉 SQL 编写与性能优化，了解存储过程开发；
8. 熟悉至少一种主流数据库，具备以下经验者优先：
a. ClickHouse（时序/分析型数据处理）
b. openGauss（事务型业务数据处理）
9. 期货行业项目经验者优先；
