岗位职责：
1、框架开发与优化，参与大模型训练软件的架构设计与核心模块开发，优化AI大模型的训练、推理效率；
2、大模型训练，开发极简易用的模型部署工具链，集成提供端到端解决方案（数据预处理、模型微调、模型评估、RAG、推理微服务）；
3、大模型相关的应用开发，熟练运用Agent等技术框架，设计和开发解决实际场景中AI应用需求；
4、负责大模型相关产品开发，与产品和工程团队密切协作，设计高效的算法流程和模型，确保大模型产品在技术层面的前沿性。

岗位要求：
1、具备3年以上实际项目开发经验，有扎实的java基础，并有较全的知识面，熟悉Spring、SpringBoot、MyBatis等Spring全家桶主流框架；
2、熟悉 Java，熟悉IO，多线程，集合类等基础框架，有Java开源框架源码阅读经验；
3、具备大语言模型/多模态模型部署经验，大模型类型包括但不限于LLM、VLM、ASR、TTS，大模型高效推理框架Vllm、Ollama、SGlang等；
4、具备国产化主流算力适配经验（华为昇腾系列，海光K100系列等）
5、熟悉Python编程语言，具备阅读python代码能力，包括但不限于FastApi、Flask、RESTful API设计等；
6、熟悉MySql、Oracle、SqlServer等关系型数据库，掌握SQL语言，具备数据库设计和优化能力，具备国产数据库和国产中间件使用经验加分，例如达梦、人大金仓、宝兰德、毕昇、巨杉数据库等；
7、了解Spring AI，有Spring AI框架研发经验（知识向量化、RAG、Spring AI Alibaba Graph），了解大模型本地知识库的搭建与设计；
8、了解PostgreSQL、Milvus向量数据库；
9、了解Linux系统、Docker容器，掌握Shell基本命令，具备独立部署项目能力。
