岗位职责
1、参与软件产品项目规划，软件系统的设计和分析；
2、负责产品核心业务模块的开发；
3、负责软件开发技术和规范及标准流程的改进；
4、参与项目文档（概要设计、详细设计、数据设计等）的编写工作；
5、指导团队进行编码，合理掌控项目中的技术风险；
6、对潜在的项目风险进行预测和分级,并制定调整计划和应急策略；
7、项目技术方案制定，项目运营保障、核心技术问题攻关。
岗位要求：
1、Java开发3年以上经验，熟悉主流框架及开发流程。
2、熟悉 SpringBoot、SpringMVC，Mybatis，SpringCloud 等开发框架，有微服务开发经验者优先
3、熟悉 MySQL 等主流数据库操作，有Redis、Kafka/rabbitmq 等中间件开发经验，有Activiti等工作流开发经验
4、熟悉 Linux 基本操作及常用shell命令，了解Docker、Jenkins等CI/CD流程
5、有工作流开发经验，有物联网开发经验优先
6、有简单的前端能力，能读前端代码优先
