任职要求：
1.熟练掌握 SQL，能处理复杂业务逻辑与大规模数据分析；
2.熟悉 SQL Server 、CK等数据库使用；
3.熟练掌握 Python（pandas、numpy、jupyter）用于数据处理与分析；
4.熟悉DataX，Sqoop等常见数据同步工具以及Airflow等任务调度工具
5.有扎实的数据敏感度，具备良好的业务理解与沟通能力；
6.能独立完成需求分析、数据建模与结果交付的全过程；
7.良好的客户沟通与需求转化能力，能独立参与项目交付过程。
8.有 Power BI、Tableau 等数据可视化BI搭建经验；
9.具备 Microsoft 技术栈经验（如 Power BI、SSAS、SSRS、Azure Data Factory 等）者优先。
